Based on natural navigation algorithm with multi-sensor fusion, EMMA mobile robots can realize automatic transportation, picking and storage of the goods, overturning traditional storage method. EMMA robots can lift up the pallets, racks and other carriers, and automatically dock with difffferent transplanting mechanisms, lifting mechanisms,stereoscopic warehouse and other equipment. By integrating multiple navigation methods such as LiDar SLAM, vision and IMU, EMMA robots can automatically build the maps and plan the routes so as to support the rapid deployment in a changeable environment. To ensure the safety operation, the robot is equipped with multi-sensor safety device such as 360° laser obstacle avoidance, mechanical anti-collision and emergency stop. Its maximum payload is 1200kg, docking accuracy is ±2mm/0.2°, positioning accuracy is ±1cm/1°, and operating speed can reach 1.5m/s. EMMA is also equipped with a smart scheduling system, which can easily integrate with WMS/MES/ERP and other warehouse management system, can support more than 200 robots for flflexible dispatch and coordination, to help rapid deploy in the warehouse and production line transportation scenarios.
