EMMA500-ST

Based on natural navigation algorithm with multi-sensor fusion, EMMA500-ST mobile robots can realize automatic transportation, picking and storage of the goods, overturning traditional storage method. By integrating multiple navigation methods such as Laser SLAM, vision and IMU, EMMA robots can automatically build the maps and plan the routes so as to support the rapid deployment in a changeable environment. Its maximum payload is 500kg, docking accuracy is ±2mm/0.2°, positioning accuracy is ±25px/1°, and operating speed can reach 1m/s. EMMA is also equipped with a smart scheduling system, which can easily integrate with WMS/MES/ERP and other warehouse management system, can support more than 200 robots for flexible dispatch and coordination, to help rapid deploy in the warehouse and production line transportation scenarios.
